Terms of Sale

Last updated: June 2026

§ 1 Scope and provider

These terms govern all purchases made on boiledplate.ai. The provider is the operator named in the legal notice. Deviating terms of the customer do not apply.

§ 2 Subject of the contract

The product is one-time access to the BoiledPlate source code, delivered as read access to a private GitHub repository, including future updates to the product for as long as it is maintained. The scope of use is defined by the license terms.

§ 3 Conclusion of contract

The presentation on the website is not a binding offer. By completing the Stripe checkout you submit a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the purchase or deliver access.

§ 4 Prices and payment

The price shown at checkout applies; where applicable it includes statutory VAT. Payment is processed by Stripe. Available payment methods are shown during checkout.

§ 5 Delivery

Delivery happens by inviting the GitHub account you specify at checkout to the private repository — normally within minutes of payment confirmation. You are responsible for providing a correct GitHub username; a mistyped username can be corrected in the dashboard at any time, and the invitation re-sent.

§ 6 Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For digital content delivered immediately, this right expires when you expressly consent to immediate performance before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal (§ 356 (5) BGB). Checkout asks for this consent; delivery happens immediately afterwards. After delivery, all sales are final.

§ 7 License

Use of the source code is governed exclusively by the license terms:

§ 8 Warranty and liability

Statutory warranty rights apply. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body, or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract.

§ 9 Updates

Included updates cover the product as it evolves; there is no entitlement to specific future features, a particular release cadence, or indefinite maintenance.

§ 10 Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers in the EU, the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of their country of residence remain unaffected. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder stays in force.
